Step 2: Group A Instructions
New Policy for 2025 AEP
This service continues to be a no cost benefit to our clients. In past years, however, we have received many requests for additions, deletions, “what if” scenarios (such as “what if I remove this medication?” or “what if I switch pharmacies?”), and other changes to reports. Most of these requests could have been avoided with accurate information provided up front. Processing these calls, emails, and texts — and generating revised reports — requires significant time and adds cost.
As a result, if you request any corrections, updates or any other changes after you submit your requested information or after you receive your 2026 drug plan report there will be a $25 special handling fee. If the error is ours, we will correct it promptly at no charge. We believe this additional fee can be avoided if you take the time to carefully review the information before submitting to us.
To better help you make all changes on your new 2026 drug plan report, after you receive it from us, we will be providing short and “to the point” instructional videos to make any change to your report that is necessary or to answer any “what if” situations you may have. There is no cost for you to make changes to your report after you receive it from us that may better reflect what is best for you. We are providing all the tools you will need to make the best possible decisions for your situation.
If you have a doctor’s appointment scheduled in October or November, we recommend waiting until after your visit to submit your information, as your prescriptions may change. We need your information no later than December 1, 2025.
Please review your details carefully before submitting to us. Taking a few extra minutes up front helps avoid delays, extra fees, and ensures we can give you the best service possible.
GROUP A INSTRUCTIONS
ALERT: PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS UNTIL THE END
For those that have an account (portal)…go to www.mydrugdental.com. You will see a picture of a happy couple…scroll down. You will see various insurance companies. Below are 3 blue ovals. Please click the blue oval labeled “2026 PLANS”.
You have the option to go to the instructional video with verbal and visual instructions by clicking here.
You are now on the page illustrating “MedicareAPP” at the top. In the top right corner, please click on “Login”. We set up a portal during an Annual Election Period (October 15th through December 7th) in 2022, 2023, or 2024 OR when you first enrolled in your drug plan. We set your username as your first and last name or your email and your password. You may have changed your password. If you know your password, please use it to login.
If you do not recall your password, please click on “forgot password?”. You will then be prompted to enter in your “username” which maybe your email address. If you are having issues with your username, you can click on “forgot username” and you will be prompted to enter your first name and your email address. PLEASE SAVE YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD FOR FUTURE OPEN ENROLLMENTS.
Now you are in the portal. You will see a video at the top of the page and just below the video, click on “Enter your preferences”.
The next page will state “Get Started” at the top and again “Get Started” is repeated on the left side. Just below, please click on “Prescriptions”.
This page will state “Prescriptions” at the top center. Some of you may see a list of your prescriptions that were entered during a prior annual election period. However, it is possible you will not see any prescriptions listed in this section. Begin to list your prescription medications in the box where it states… “Search Prescriptions”. If you have a previously established list, please delete those you no longer take and add any new prescriptions to bring the list up to date. If your medications do not appear when added, then it is not covered under any Medicare prescription drug plan. Please select the correct version of the medication, including the dosage and the frequency. Please do not forget creams, lotions, ointments, shampoos, etc.
MEDICATION NOTES:
